LLLA: New Efficient Channel Assignment Method in Wireless Mesh Networks

This paper aims proposing a new method to solve channel assignment problem that has better performance than mentioned methods. Here, a new hybrid state channel assignment method is employed. This paper proposes a LinkLayard Protocol and Learning Automata (LLLA) to achieve a smart method for suitable assignment. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has better results than AODV in parameters such as packet drop, end to end delay, and energy usage. Also, it reduces the packet delay considerably without degrading.
